Spinning Plates

Here we are in the 3rd week of January and it no longer feels like the beginning of a year anymore. Yet I still have many hopeful expectations for my business, our team and clients, my health and my personal relationships and I know I’m not alone. If you are looking for a little inspiration perhaps you will enjoy these:

Watch Phil Rosenthal pursue his food passions on his Netflix show “I’ll have what Phil’s having”. He’ll take you to Paris and beyond or help you re-engage in our City of Angeles. May you giggle as much as I did.

Netflix

3 chefs in the Netflix movie “Spinning Plates” will knock your socks off. Look to Grant Achatz for exceptional creativity and execution especially with the cards are stacked against him, the Breitbach family for perseverance and commitment to their local community, and Francisco & Gabby for their heart and work ethic in building a business and a family. Humbling indeed.

The Ted talk “Why Great Architecture Should Tell a Story” calls us to think differently. Excellent architecture always does.

Best wishes to all in 2016. May we enjoy good health, laugh often and stay open minded!
